1. Our number one tip is to keep hydrated
We recommend drinking lots of water, at least 2-3 litres, and if it's hot, you should drink more. Drinking water can help reduce fine lines, sunken eyes, and lacklustre-looking skin. If you don't drink enough water, you might feel moody, prone to headaches, and not feel 100%. In the summer, it is essential to drink water, as you can get dehydrated more quickly. Interestingly, drinking water is also known to help maximise your Botox.
2. Eat well
Eat a balanced diet packed with 30 fruit, vegetables, legumes, its true when they say eat the rainbow. We also believe in good quality Omega 3. Our bodies don't produce Omega 3, so you either have to supplement or eat it. Omega 3 is like an internal moisturiser and is ideal for skin, hair, and nails.
3. Exercise
It doesn't have to be a HIIT workout, but we recommend walking daily. This increases blood flow around your body and helps to nourish your skin cells.
4. Try Skin Boosters
